Yoga 4 You sessions go beyond just yoga! Based on your needs, your individualized session or program may include, intention setting, wellness coaching, yoga practice, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and breathing exercises. You don’t need to have prior yoga experience. The sessions can be gentle, nurturing, energizing, vigorous, rejuvenating—they are yoga designed just for you.

Every Yoga 4 You Program starts with an Intention Session—$90*.
The Intention Session is the foundation for your journey. Before your session, you’ll receive an intake survey that asks that you to identify where you are, what’s most important to you and your personal healing or health goals. This provides a tremendous amount of insight and clarity for our work to begin. After we receive your intake survey, we’ll schedule a 15-minute phone call to connect with you and review your goals. At that time, we’ll schedule your 90-minute personalized session at Bhakti House. Your session will include one-on-one coaching and we’ll guide in using your customized yoga and meditation tools. After your session, we’ll email you a summary of the session and any additional resources—such as recordings—and you’ll receive a 15-minute follow up call at a scheduled time to check-in and answer any questions that may come up.
