Below are two methods for creating working intentions. Working intentions help to remove road blocks that prevent you from experiencing peace in your life. Which method should you use? Read through the steps and use the one that appeals most to you now.
At Peace as I Am

- Think of something that causes you fear or anger in your life.
- How do you want to feel if the answer to Step #1 never changes? Make this your intention.
- example: “I want to feel happy” becomes, “I am happy.”
- example: “I want to feel happy” becomes, “I am happy.”
- Use the intention from Step #2 during your Yoga Nidra session and when you find yourself in reaction, repeat your intention slowly 2 or 3 times.
- Think of something that causes you fear or anger in your life.
